This page is where I'll keep my notes on running Linux on the Shuttle SS40G MicroATX system using the Shuttle FS40 Motherboard AMD Athlon XP 1900+
Based on the SiS 740 Northbridge/961 Soutbridge chipset.

I have successfully loaded Debian 2.2 Potato.

I will be installing an Actiontec PCIV9212-01CW Controller Based modem. This model is notable as it is NOT a Winmodem. cost is approx. $55

My end goal is a Dial Up Access server that can support 3-4 simultaneous users. I also want to manage idle times with disconnect based on inactivity.
